Description

Wood sheath in two parts. Top (wrangka) is of dark brown wood with still darker splotches (kaju pelet), with one conventional rounded end, the other with a curved bite out of the lower corner. Body of sheath (gandar) is separate piece of wood, significantly lighter in color on one side, and with, on the other side, two shallow grooves running from top, through join, 3/5 of way to tip. Near top of light side of body a strip of light tape with "A. S. LAU."
