| Description | Pale yellowish glass with heavy iridesence. Flat base with pontil mark. Octagonal shaped body with rounded shoulders and a cylindrical neck. Neck is straight with rounded rim. A section of the rim and neck are broken off. Bubbles observed in glass. |
