| Description | Piece of polished ivory, cut for inlay with top of a plant. Muscarella Publication: "A small fragment of a very thin pyxis. Preserved is the tip of a sphinx's wing, with cut-outs for inlay, that touches the remains of a palm frond in relief; another sphinx's wings would have been to the right. The interior is smoothed. This fragment must have been a pyxis similar to nos. 226, 227." |
