| Description | A block-printed book of a popular vernacular tale in Mandarin. A number of characters have the surname Bai 白. One illustration shows Bai Neng and Ban Qian dead on the floor being observed by a crowd. The book was published by the Putong Shuju “Universal Publishing House” which was active from 1914-1917 CE. |
