Description

Large; square, coiled with imbricated decoration; sides flare. Lid fits on interior shelf flush with body. Flat coils probably of cedar splints. Design layout same on all four side- 2 broad panels edged with red, of alternate red and black triangles on light background with narrower central panel. Center in back and front has elongated zigzag in black and red on light background; edged with red on one side, black on other. Side of lid has broad band of black, narrow band of light going around with red in edging. Top of lid has 4 bands of sets of 2 wide strips every other coil, which alternate black and light. Inside is plain.
