| Description | Probably a fire drill. Made of hard dark brown wood. Drill piece has fibers and gum around center part for cord to ride on. Box-like frame for drill is pegged together and tied with fiber lashing. Bow string may be commercial rope quite heavy; is tied around the drill. Good example. |
