| Description | Sommerville: Antique paste, color sard. An Amulet with two heads. Antique Pastes, Case SSS. Vermeule: Glass Paste, imitating Cameo. Pale Yellow Sard. Cameo. (Unmounted) Draped busts of an Empress facing to right, and a Emperor facing to left. They are probably Gallianus and Salonina, (A.D. 253-268). The design is based on that found on a group of Roman Imperial bronze medallions. Graeco-Roman. |
