| Description | One of a series of woodblock prints with color depicting the Sino-Japanese War of 1894-1895. This print shows Captain Takeuchi on horseback on a scouting mission. He and his troops overlook a cliff with a tree behind them. There are inscriptions in red in the margins and a seal and signature for the artist Yukawa Hiromitsu. |
