| Description | Black figured lekythos. Intact, save for chips on foot. On shoulder palmette center, between two lotus blossoms; center of palmette dotted with red. On body, front: Dionysus seated on a folding stool; right: to each side a draped nymph, dancing (?). In the field grape tendrils and clusters. Added red for beard of Dionysus and touched on drapery of all three figures. |
