| Description | Uncut huipil. White ground with blue cotton brocading. Naturalistic designs and one band of gold, blue and purple brocading. Thin stripes of twill weave in white sections. A few scattered warp stripes using four singles white cotton. As per Sigrid Meier, "Warp: 34 epi, two singles, Z twist, white cotton. Weft: 32 ppi, single ply, Z twist, white cotton. Balanced plain weave. Supplementary weft is two faced. One panel, two selvedges. Woven on a treadle loom." |
