Hood

Samurai mail hood or soldier hood (kusari zukin). Heavy, blue cloth hood with butted metal links (kusari) covering most of the exterior surface. Two broad, mailed flaps extend forward to wrap around and cover the lower face. Links are coated with black lacquer, some of which has chipped off. Dark blue material with green trim and blue ties.
