| Description | Carapace of a small tortoise, rear opening stopped with beeswax. Contains reddish powder (buchu) held in by stopper made from a titmouse's nest (penduline titmouse). This is used as a "powder puff", with which the women apply the cosmetic to their greased bodies. |
