Contents of 38-23-142. Ceremonial arrow of short pointed stick of wood. Would near butt with colored yarn, generally red. Short gray feathers and down affixed to butt. 2-4 large pendant feathers affixed near butt with cord. D-E with 2 long mottled gray pendant feathers.
