Wind Chime (uncertain)

Flat piece of very light weight brown wood. Arrow-shaped top; bottom shallowly recurved, with two points. One one side, a broad horizontal black stripe, with three black dots in a triagular configuraton above, three horizontal black dots below; on the other side a broad horizontal black stripe with three black dots in a triangular configuration above and three black dots in a horizontal row below.
