| Description | Shape: Flat lid with low, cylindrical edge and central coil handle. Fabric: Coarse, light reddish brown (2.5YR 6/4) clay with white (10YR 8/2) slip on upper surface and decoration in red (2.5 YR 5/6) to black paint. Decoration: Band around edge of upper surface with lines forming an X crossing under the handle. Blob of paint on top of handle. Condition: Some sherds missing. |
