Description

I Pottery Period of Arica Area. Squat, sharply carinated body with convex shoulder; wide neck flaring to rim. Strap handle from rim to shoulder. Red ware. Painted decoration: red, black, white in geometric pattern including triangles with eyes, bordering bands enclosing zigzags. Surface badly worn.
