| Description | Curved fragment of shell (Conus sp.?), flattened triangular cross-section. Possibly once finely serrated on the outer edge, but if so serrations now almost completely worn away. Tape label reading “Polle.” One of a collection of shell ornaments and fragments, mostly segments of rings, found together in an approximately 10 by 2 foot area of storm eroded beach on Polle Island. |
