| Description | Contents of 38-23-144. Short ceremonial arrows with shaft of cane and pointed wood foreshaft. Lower part of foreshaft painted red or blue. Short red, green or yellow parrot feathers affixed to butt. One or two small dark green pendent parrot feathers affixed with cord. Blue paint, 4 short red butt feathers; single green pendent feathers. |
