| Description | Blouse (chorni) of white cotton with machine-sewn and decorative red machine-sewn over-stitching. Yoke with gathered skirt and standing band collar; long, in-set sleeves; tie and looped button front closure. Yoke, collar, and shoulder seams decorated with over-stitching; floral design on front; two opposed peacocks above blossoms on back. This garment is part of a traditional shepherd's garb of the Saurashtra peninsula. |
