| Description | Razor box. Rectangular carved wooden box; lid is ornamented with a knob in the center, with one carved ring around it; on either side of knob are carvings which are made up of small triangles, large X's, and zigzag lines; brass nails are found sporadically on lid; one hole is found in the rear center of the lid; both the front and back of box are carvings of a series of smaller triangles, this continues underneath box; both the left and right side of box are not ornamented; a hole is found in the rear bottom of box; a piece of twisted fiber is found through these two holes, attaching the lid to the box; box is dark brown in color. |
