| Description | Round aryballos. Buff clay (and self-slip?). Reserved ground. Band inside aperature at top. Three concentric rings on disk; dots on side. Three bars on handle. Tongues on shoulder. Frieze bordered by two lines above and three bekiw. Frieze: 3 hoplites, each with helmet, round shield and spear. In their area the field is decorated with closely spaced dots. Small circle around center of bottom; another of same thickness positioned about halfway to frieze boundary lines. |
