| Description | Wooden Katsina doll. The face is segmented with the forehead painted yellow and red and the lower part of the face painted blue. Rays of painted, carved feathers form a circular headdress around the head. The back of the head and a collar around the neck both imitate feathers. The body is painted red, yellow and blue and a kilt is painted around the waist. A rattle is held in one hand and a bell in the other. This figure is the Sun (Tawa) Katsina. Made by Tino Youvella.
