| Description | Large fragment of upper wall and rim of open bowl. Handmade, slightly inturned rim; protuberance, pierced vertically, on exterior just below rim. Surface of exterior covered with red slip on which is painted in black a stepped design formed by black lines with diagonal lines between. Surface of interior is decorated with horizontal lines of black paint below rim and below these is part of a broad spiral design outlined in black with diagonal lines in black between. Surface of interior not slipped. Brown clay with gray core, white particles. |
