| Description | Two samples of bark used for dyeing. There are two tags with them, one says "Cambodge 6559 Tinct." the second says "Cambodge 6560 Tinct." These numbers refer to a French publication from 1902 about plants and thier uses in southeast Asia however these numbers don't seem to appear for some reason. They may be Caesalpinia Sappan L. Leguminosae which grow in Cambodia and match up to the numbers 6556,6557, 6558. |
