| Description | For mouthpiece see AF843. The ridges on the long side of the rim are wanting; there is a slight rounded bulge out of which the rim rises. The inside of the curve of the tusk behind the mouthpiece is pared flat. Torday attributed this trumpet to the Bamputu, a division of the Mangbetu, see AF829. |
