| Description | One handled flagon. Wheelmade, neck handmade and added. Intact but for surface gouging and pitting, large patches of surface discoloration. Dent in rim before firing. Foot-ring, body sub-biconical, narrow conical neck with heavy two-stepped rim, no cupping within rim, lip splayed, double-ribbed handle. Incised groove between lower body and base-ring. Fine clay fired pinkish-buff throughout. |
