| Description | Terra Sigillata Plate. molded. Mended with gap in wall, rim foot worn. Dragendorff form 15/17 (or 18). Two wheel-run grooves above ridge at base of upper exterior wall, two concentric lines under floor. [...] mark incised before firing within foot, top to base ring. Stamp: [O]F Ponti (of La Graufesenque). Light ware of fine clean clay, wiped under dipped glaze. Fired reddish-brown throughout, glossy orange-red glaze. |
