| Description | Rectangular box lid made of one piece of birchbark cut, folded and sewn with vegetable fiber; edges further reinforced by cut and incised dark and painted (black) birchbark bands on exterior and undecorated bands on interior; birchbark rectangle appliqued to top is decorated with cut out and incised scroll design motifs. |
