| Description | Flat piece of wood carved to leave a pattern in high relief. The block is inked and pressed onto the skin as a guide for the tattooing. Pattern (pantang peru) for the front of an Iban man's throat. Almost a duplicate of a Sea Dayak [Iban] throat design illustrated by Hose and Shelford. |
