| Description | Wooden Katsina doll. The face is painted blue with orange and red symbols on the cheeks. The mouth is a protruding tube. A band of multicolored semicircles is painted across the forehead. A tuft of feathers is attached to the top of the head. The body is painted red, orange and blue. This figure may be a type of Rasping (Rugan) Katsina. |
