| Description | Hole-mouthed jare without spout; two vertical and two horizontal handles on upper shoulder; lines on handles. Coarse, unevenly colored light reddish brown to pink (5 YR 7/4) clay, with light and dark inclusions, wiht decoration in dark paint. Band on rim; three bands on body; band at base. Restored from fragments; some sherds missing. Compare (among others) Platon 1965: pl. 241 B (Kato Zakros). |
