| Description | This is a mostly complete spouted jar. It has a fine gray paste and was probably wheel made. The surface is smooth and light gray to gray. Simple burnishing or overlapping polishing marks form a net pattern on the surface. It has a slightly concave bottom. The body is almost a globe shape with a short, expanding neck. It has a broken beak spout with a tubular base; the spout extends to the level of the rim, which is a rounded point. |
