| Description | Ceremonial Copper Cutter. Narrow rod-like handle has hole pierced through it about 1/3 way through from end. Lower third painted red and circular base for "cutter" at other end of handle which is many times wider. "Cutter" has 4 flat sides which curve to point at top. Top half painted red, rest of cutter and handle black. |
