| Description | Handspun wool wedge-weave blanket. Woven in a multi-locking zig-zag or chevron pattern. The wool is mostly dyed with natural dyes, but a few small "zigs" of bright orange were dyed with comercial dyes. The predominant color is red, with shades ranging from scarlet to light red. Other colors are gray-blue, black, light blue, white and orange. The border is finished with an overhand stitch, 3-ply handspun wool. |
