| Description | (A) roughly triangular blade with rounded tip and pointed shoulders. Base of blade is scalloped and fitted with a rectangular tang. Blade itself, is slightly concave. (B) The handle is made of a peculiarly shaped piece of bamboo. The wood at the end forms a solid knot and turns. The blade is inserted into the outside of the knot turning a 60 degree angle with the handle. |
