| Description | Low conical crown, wide brim. Open lattice work of split bamboo, reinforced with wider bands inside. Interlined with blue dyed paper (palm leaf?) inside; black outside. Crown covered with black cloth held on by split bamboo in geometric diamond form. Edge of brim bound with brown dyed and natural rattan and cord string over bamboo hoop. |
