| Description | Candle holder: youth blowing horn. Traces of greenish patina above the waist. Below the waist is a mottled brown and yellow patina common to brass of this period. Young boy standing on a screw base, blowing a horn held in his left hand. marked indentation across his chest. Hole in his outstretched hand would have originally held a pricket-type candle holder. He wears a peaked cap, pointed shoes, and a short tunic with ruffles at bottom. |
