| Description | "Large striped bead, 1600-1630, pipe stem and wire wound opalescent bead" J. Witthoft. ANSP catalogue calls for 13 more specimens. These were in bottle and inadvertantly strung onto 5443 (bottle contained "six rounds, early blues, a chevron and two spherical black beads of 1675-88, tubular of 1640-74" J. Witthoft.) 1/14/66 - John Witthoft seperated beads as not belonging to No. 5443 and they are now in box with No. 5457. They are "early blues, and corallina d'Aleppos and four spherical black beads of 1675-88, tubular of 1640-75." |
