| Description | Buckskin. Top solidly quilled in design of composite concentric squares with central star [cross]; sides quilled in open design including concentric squares. "Banner" decorated with quill-wrapped parfleche thongs, green and purple stars [crosses] on red ground; sleigh bells; cut buckskin fringes at bottom and to "banner". |
