| Description | Sommerville: Carnelian, with a film of white on the surface. This style of intaglio, cut on a very thin stratum of white over a red or other thicker stratum, is called a nicolo. This one has suffered from fire. The figure on the right with a bow is Diana (Luna); on the left is Apollo (the Sun). Thstar in the centre indicates that they are deities of constellations.
