| Description | A long, quadrangular toki (adze blade) with a beveled edge. There is a pronounced, slender base for insertion into a wooden handle. It is pitted and polished, made of argillite (a type of sandstone). Stone adze blades were generally lashed to a handle and often used for wood carving. |
