Description

Muzzle loading Musket/Long Rifle - "Kabyle Camel gun" / "Makhala" or "Mekhala". Long steel barrel with design around the sight. Partly covered with wood, secured by wide strips of engraved metal. Wood ramrod in place. Engraved design on top of metal shaft with carved and applied design on the wood of the shaft. Steel snaphaunce firing mechanism - flint missing. Taouzilt style wood stock, floral decoration.
