| Description | Original Card: Flint Implement - coup-de-poing type. Elongate type, slender, fine workmanship. England, Kent, Swanscombe, Milton Street. Probably Acheulian. Revised Card: Flint hand-axe - Lanceolate. Slender. Light colored mottled shiny patination with bluish tinge. Large frost fracture, of more recent date, on side. Fine workmanship. England, Kent, Swanscombe, Barnfield Pit. Upper Acheulian type. |
