| Description | Drab ware, greenish cream slip. Low foot with concave base, rounded sides of body expanding to wide rim; thick walls; very much broken. Dark brown painted decoration; panels of check board dots, broken circles and double axe motif between horizontal bands on upper part of body; band at junction of foot and body and band (?) at base of foot, between these are 3 groups of vertical lines. |
