| Description | Ceremonial hair ribbon. Broad bands of red, yellow, blue, green, purple and cerise. Bands are plain except for a few with geometric patterns and two birds. Elaborate tassel at each end consisting of a hard ball covered with silk ends, silver cord, soft silk balls and fringe. As per Sigrid Meier, "Warp: 44 epi, single, white cotton. Weft faced plain weave, twill weave and tapestry weave." |
