| Description | Decoration around neck in ivy pattern with incised stems and white painted leaves and blossoms; 3 similar horizontal sprays on body. Fully black glazed with decoration in incision and in applied color as follows: spray of ivy around neck; three vertical ivy sprays on front; of body, one at each side of front, one in center; band of yellow over black on rim, another at join of body and foot, and a third around outer profile of foot. Intact. Good black glaze. Underside of foot unglazed. |
