| Description | Archaeological material. Made of clay. Various colors because of unequal firing. The bowl rests at an angle because the bottom of the bowl is not flat- rather it is rounded. The rim of the bowl consists of many small indentations so that it gives the rim a corrugated effect. The inside of the bowl is very charred. On the side of the bowl a patch of dark brown mud or clay has been used to plug up a hole. The diameter of the patch is approximately 1". |
