Description

Gilt bronze Manjusri with turquoise inlay. Manjusri, the bodhisattva of wisdom, is flanked by two lotus stalks which hold his attributes of a sword and a sutra. He is seated on a lotus on an oblong dais (two parts). The halo that attaches to the throne is missing.
