Fine red wool gathered (several parallel rows of stitching) to a band of the same material to which are attached narrow shoulder straps; fine cross-stitch embroidery on stitching and band. Two bands of black lace below middle of skirt. Lower edge bound with black braid and faced with wide band of red cotton cloth. |
