| Description | Bronze. Figure in the round of a sleeping swan with head turned and resting on back, neck forming a loop for hanging. Probably used as part of a throwing weapon. One of these were attached to each end of a rope or rawhide and swung at small game such as bustard, etc. Herodotus writes of this variety of Scythian hunting weapon. |
